From Microbiology to UX design
I got my bachelor‘s degree of Microbiology in National Taiwan University in 2020. My UX journey started from an elective HCI course in my last year, and I found my passion crafting the best way of conveying information through technology.
Re-imagine Design
The past two year studying in the HCI/d program at Indiana University of Bloomington is truly a fantastic journey that not only builds up my leadership skill but also shapes the ability to ask the right questions to users, create system to analyze and generate insights, and use design to tell a story.
Design + Develop
Along the way, I was lucky enough to take the Cross Platform Mobile Programming course at IU and found front-end development is where I can maximize the value of my systemic thinking mindset and UX design background. I enjoy thinking about design in a structured creative aspect, and breaking down static visual to functional components with consideration of data flow.
My next step
To me, learning goes beyond the classroom—it happens wherever I find opportunities to grow. I see self-growth as a journey that requires consistent effort, taken one step at a time. With this mindset, I’m always ready to take on new challenges and keep growing.
